Farm-To-Table
The vision to become a Farm-to-Table sourced catering company came from the desire to eliminate the middle vendor and to know exactly how the food was grown for each meal prepared. For our business, we are proud to tell our clients that we harvested their salad greens the morning of their event, or raised the pork in a caring, free-range, and healthy manner.

Our business is two-fold, with almost an acre of our farm under garden production and the rest dedicated to livestock rotation, we can say our farm products are a direct source for our catered meals.  If we cannot solely supply from our farm, we partner with local farmers to provide the product needed to stay true to our name. Some of our partners include Project Grows, 1Tribe Farm, Polyface Farm and Poplar Ridge Farms.
